MOLLIE

A Beloved Pet

Mollie was my baby, oh! so many years
I walked her and I trained her;
Unconditional Love
For her I've shed "burning tears".

My children's pet--they loved her too,
She gave us--so much JOY;
She never gave us an ounce of trouble,
I remember her favorite toy.

If there is a Special Heaven
For the pets we dearly love;
She
s playing now and watching us
In her "Special Place Above".

A "Special Place" with in my heart
Belongs to her alone--
Another pet--we must go on;
Mollie will be happy--another dog has "a very good home".
