                      Ordering Instructions

One clear, close-up photo (3"X5") is sufficient.  But more are helpful.
See Photo Tips.  Details result in a better likeness

Send reprints.  We can cannot be responsible for original photos lost in transit. 
(Avoid Polaroids; often they  that do not show enough detail.) 

#1 - Pose for Painting" on back of the photo you want the painting to resemble. 
# 2 - Photo- fur color" if  you are sending a second  photo as a color sample.

Write your name & address on the backs of all photos. 
(Or use adhesive address labels.)  Photos will be returned with the painting..

Professionally  Photos must include the photographer's written copyright release..

If ordering a Multi-Pet, Composite Painting, please  illustrate the arrangement 
 for placing your pets on the back of this order form.  Cats & dogs can be combined
(Or you may leave the arranging  to the discretion of  the artist).

Allow 8-10 weeks for painting.  Place orders earlier for Holidays.
